Stainless Steel Labels and Plates

Our Stainless Steel Labels and Plates are cut from quality 304 grade stainless steel.

We laser engrave each item with the customer's preferred text, font, size and positioning. We can also include simple logos and other images.

The following standard sizes are available:

85mm x 53mm x 0.7mm

85mm x 53mm x 1mm

100mm x 50mm x 0.9mm/2mm

100mm x 100mm x 1.5mm

Custom sizes are also available (with the option to have mounting holes cut if required).

Upon request, our labels and plates can be made from 316 grade stainless steel.

304 Stainless Steel

304 grade stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance to many chemical corrodents as well as industrial atmospheres.

It is easy to clean and highly durable with a long lasting appearance and service life.

304 is highly heat resistant, very tough, resists rust well and is only minimally responsive to magnetic fields.

Anneal Finish

To provide additional protection for the lasered text on our cable markers, we machine them with an anneal finish. This heat treatment process imparts improved corrosion resistance and produces a more consistently black, permanent finish that will never fade. Additionally, the annealed text cannot be scratched off, making it very well suited for industrial and outdoor usage.

Although the annealing process makes for a significantly longer machine time, we feel the benefits of this process are worth it.
